Mrs. Mahira. B.Sc (Fashion Designing) is the Founder & Founder Trustee of the kindrise foundation. She doing her designer boutique business past 6 years. Also she doing Social welfare activity from her young age itself. She had more interest in the social welfare activity and thus will induced to start the kindrise foundation. She helps so may unprivileged young women’s to start their startup business and helped to improve their socio-economic level. Still she provide so many free skill training to the women’s. Also she created so many young women’s as an entrepreneur and become a role model for the unprivileged young women’s. She Started the trust and plan to do so many welfare activities to the youngsters, old age peoples, orphanage and all the unprivileged poor peoples and helps to improve their socio economic status of below poverty peoples. She plan to give more social activities by the trust.

Managing Trustee

Mrs. S. Moulana Begum B.A., D.Com., is the Co-founder & Managing Trustee of the kindrise foundation. She is came from below economical status background. She got more struggle to develop his economical background by working in various field and then she started the business with her business partner and run his business in very successful firm. She also more interested in social activity. she involve in so many social activity to help the unprivileged peoples who are all i n very poor socio-economical status by providing foods, cloths, study materials, helping in children education and providing provisions. Also she helps in women empowerment by support to starting home made business. 5 After the foundation starts she worked with enormous effort to help the poor peoples. She lead and work in all the trust activity also she lead the trust decision after the discussion with the team. She always think about the social activity for the unprivileged peoples at any time and also work for it. she never hesitate to work in the trust activity at anytime

Trustee

Mrs. Su. Hemallatha. M.A., M.Phill., is the Trustee of the kindrise foundation. She is a teacher in Matriculation School with 18 years of experience and having 8 years experienced in private ngo as sr. Manager Operations. she is very well experienced in trust activity. She develop the trust with huge activities and also she gather lot of skill workers and form a group and she helped so may things to them. She is the key person and taking care all activity by her in this kindrise foundation. also she has many ideas to develop the trust activity through her experience. she is taking care of full operations of the trust. She planning to expand the skill training activity to the women’s in each and every village. Also she plan to give free training activities in all the villages in kanchipuram district. She helped so many poor peoples through skill trainings to all women’s. She is role model for so many young women’s by her achievements
